US Congress holds hearing on 123 Agreement

In testimony before a US House Foreign Affairs Committee hearing on the US-UAE 123 Agreement, Ellen Tauscher, Under-Secretary for Arms Control and International Security, offered praise for the agreement during her testimony, calling it a "model" for Arab states.  Under-Secretary Tauscher noted that the agreement represented a “significant non-proliferation achievement.”
