To obtain a Certificate of Good Conduct for those who were in UAE and had a residence permit are required to do the following:
1.Download the UAE-MOI App to apply for a clear criminal record certificate.

2. Contact the UAE Embassy or the nearest Consulate to obtain an attested original certificate. Please forward the following with your request:
a) Pay $40.84 for each certificate online through the following link: https://www.mofa.gov.ae/Account/Login?returnUrl=%2Fen%2FServices%2FForms%2Fattestation
b) A prepaid return envelope, with your name and address appearing on both the sender and recipient fields.
