UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan led the official farewell for the US President and his delegation at the Presidential Airport in Abu Dhabi.

ABU DHABI, 15th May, 2025 (WAM) -- President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan today held talks with US President Donald Trump on the strategic partnership between the UAE and US, as well as ways to strengthen cooperation across various fields to serve shared interests.

The two leaders also discussed regional and international issues of mutual concern.

The discussions took place during President Trump’s state visit to the UAE, where he was received by His Highness at Qasr Al Watan in Abu Dhabi.

ABU DHABI, 15th May, 2025 (WAM) -- A new 5GW UAE-US AI Campus in Abu Dhabi was unveiled today at Qasr Al Watan in the presence of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and President Donald Trump of the United States of America, who is on a state visit to the UAE.

The new AI campus, the largest outside the US, will be home to US hyperscalers and large enterprises that can leverage the capacity for regional ‘compute resources’ with the ability to serve the Global South.

UAE President awards Order of Zayed to US President in recognition of efforts to strengthen bilateral ties

ABU DHABI, 15th May, 2025 (WAM) -- President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan today welcomed US President Donald Trump, who is in the UAE on a state visit.

An official welcome ceremony was held for President Trump upon his arrival at Qasr Al Watan in Abu Dhabi.

As the motorcade entered the palace grounds, the US President was greeted by a ceremonial honour guard on horseback, a procession of riders on camels, and performances by Emirati folk groups celebrating the occasion.

The visit started with a solemn stop at the mausoleum of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, where the US President and his accompanying delegation paid tribute to the UAE’s Founding Father and reflected on his enduring legacy that laid the foundations for promoting tolerance, coexistence and peace around the world.
