On July 13th, the UAE Embassy met with students from The Protocol School of Washington. Embassy diplomats briefed the group on the functions and role of the different sections in the Embassy and provided an overview of the UAE and its policies. The visit came as part of a cooperative program between the Embassy and The Protocol School of Washington to promote greater knowledge of the UAE, understanding of the US-UAE relationship, and interaction between the students and UAE diplomats.
The Protocol School of Washington provides professional etiquette and protocol training and certification for protocol officers, citizen diplomats, corporate executives, and consultants. The school is located in the United States and 45 other countries around the world.
